Do you have showrooms?
No, we don’t operate showrooms. All beds are delivered directly from our factory, ensuring you benefit from true factory-direct pricing without the added overhead costs.

Do you send out swatches?
Yes, of course. Just let us know and we’ll get them sent out to you straight away in the post.

How long is delivery?
Delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks for the UK and 4–6 weeks for EU orders.

If your beds come directly from your factory, why aren’t they the cheapest online?
Quality—it’s as simple as that. If you’re looking for a cheap bed, we may not be the right fit. But if you want a strong, high-quality organic bed built to last for years at a fair price, that’s exactly what we offer.

Can you change the sizes of your beds?
Yes, we can. Just tell us the exact dimensions you need and we’ll make the bed to suit your requirements.

Can you make a bed in a different design?
Yes. We can produce you any design you wish, delivering you a 100% organic bed frame to your selected design, just give me a call to discuss.

Do you ever have sales or discount codes?
No, we offer our lowest direct factory prices all year round.

Do you assemble beds on delivery?
Yes, assembly is available. You can select this option at checkout.

Do you deliver mattresses with your beds?
We specialise in manufacturing beds, so mattresses are not included. However, you can choose a high-quality 100% organic mattress from our sister companies, such as Organic Matts for the UK or Cousins Beds for EU customers.

I live in the EU—can a mattress be delivered with my bed?
Yes, this can be arranged. Please contact us directly and we’ll organise everything for you.

How are the beds made? What's the construction?

All bed frames are upholstered in 100% Organic Hemp, underneath the hemp, the padding across the headboard and frame, is Coco Coir, the bed comes with wooden slats with the timber all used from sustainable forests. We use no adhesives or glues containing chemicals - your bed frame will be 100% chemical free.
