Lead Times (UK Orders)
All of our products are made to order. Our average lead time is approximately 14 days from the date of purchase. However, during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 4 weeks. We will always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

European Deliveries
We also deliver to customers across Europe. Due to longer transit distances and logistics, delivery times for European orders are typically between 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Once your order is ready, our delivery team or courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

We deliver to mainland UK addresses and selected European destinations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Access & Delivery Conditions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate access for delivery (including staircases, doorways, and parking). If access is restricted or special arrangements are required, please inform us in advance.

Delays

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there are any issues, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the matter promptly.
